Branding your public pages
What this covers
Making your guest-facing pages look like your restaurant. Needs the manage-settings permission.
Property Settings → Public Pages Design (/settings/public-pages).
One set of branding, three pages
Your booking page, your events pages and your menu share one look. Set it once and it applies to all three — change your logo and it changes everywhere, with nothing to keep in step by hand.
Below the shared section, each surface has its own tab for the things only it has: booking rules and SEO on Booking, an intro on Events, and the colour scheme on Menu.
What you can set
- Logo, with control over its border colour and width, corner rounding and the backdrop behind it — so a logo designed for a white background still works over a photograph.
- Hero — the banner at the top: a solid colour, a gradient (choose both colours and the direction), or an image.
- Hero and intro text colours, so text stays readable over whatever you chose.
- Tagline and intro text — a line or two of welcome.
- Accent colour, used for buttons and calls to action.
- Social links — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X.
Advice that matters more than the colour picker
- Readability first. Guests are on phones, often outdoors or in the dark. Pale text on a busy hero photo is the most common mistake.
- Use a real photograph of your room, not a stock image of someone else's. It is the first impression, and people can tell.
- Keep the intro short. They came to book a table, not to read. One sentence.
- One accent colour. Let your photography carry the personality.
- Check the logo on both light and dark backgrounds — that is what the border and backdrop settings are for.
Check it on a phone
Most bookings happen on a phone. Open all three pages on yours before deciding you are done, and look at the hero image in particular — a wide photo cropped to a phone often loses the very thing that made it good.
