Setting up the chatbot
What this covers
Everything on Property Settings → AI Chatbot (/settings/chatbot).
Needs the manage-settings permission.

How to write the three text boxes
Write them as if answering a guest on the phone — full sentences, specifics, no marketing.
Parking
Bad: "Parking available nearby."
Good: "There is free street parking on Elias Street after 6pm. The multi-storey car park on Market Square is a two-minute walk and costs €2 per hour. We do not have our own car park."
Note the last sentence. Telling the assistant what you do not have is as useful as telling it what you do.
Transit
Bus numbers, the nearest stop, how far to walk, which metro exit. The things a local knows and a visitor does not.
Policies
The questions you answer every week: dogs, children and highchairs, dress code, corkage, whether you split bills, largest party you take, wheelchair access, whether you cater for allergies.
What it already knows
You do not need to repeat your opening hours, address, phone number or menu — it reads those from your settings and your menu, so they can never fall out of step. Keep those accurate and the assistant stays accurate.
Test it before switching it on
Ask it the five questions your phone gets most. If any answer is vague, the gap is in what you wrote, not in the assistant. Ask it something you deliberately did not tell it, too, so you can see how it behaves when it does not know.
Keep it current
Set a reminder to reread these boxes twice a year. Nothing dates faster than parking arrangements and policies — and a confidently wrong answer is worse than no assistant.
