By creating an account or using Cyntrix Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Cyntrix Ltd provides software for restaurant reservation management, guest management, and related operational tools.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your property code, email, and password, and for all activity under your account.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Trial and billing terms are shown during checkout. You may cancel according to your subscription terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your business data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, you act as the data controller and Cyntrix Ltd acts as a data processor under applicable EU and UK data protection laws, including GDPR.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where required, we will enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with you.

7. Service Availability

We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates from time to time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyntrix Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. GDPR and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring a valid legal basis for the personal data you collect and submit through the service, providing required privacy notices to your guests, and responding to data subject requests where you act as controller.

We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and assist you, where legally required, with GDPR-related obligations.

10. International Data Transfers

If personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we apply appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent approved transfer mechanisms).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
